and other applicable laws, regulations and statutory obligations.

the continual development of safety management systems
across all offices, production facilities and work sites.
• Establishing and continually developing employee education
systems and investing in regular OH&S training and providing
adequate resources to meet these OH&S commitments.
• Undertaking regular audits of safety practices
& management systems.
• Working with site owners and operators by co-operating
with all site-specific OH&S requirements

• Developing manufacturing, installation and servicing systems that
are consistent with certification requirements of AS/NZS 9001.
• The use of only high quality fabrication materials and mechanical
components from proven industry leading suppliers.
• Engaging suitably qualified, skilled, and experienced people and
investing in education and training with the aim of continually
improving the skills and knowledge of our people.
• Delivering reliable and effective life-cycle performance through
proven engineered design principals, extensive product warranties
and a competitive national servicing and maintenance division for
all smoke/heat/fire ventilation systems.

• Establishing, maintaining, monitoring, reporting, reviewing,
auditing and continually improving the Environmental
Management System and programs that are consistent with
certification requirements of AS/NZS ISO 14001.
• Applying waste minimisation and pollution prevention principles
to the manufacture, installation and administration aspects of
every project.
• Educating and training our people to continually improve
awareness, skills and knowledge of environmental issues
and practices.
• Providing adequate resources in meeting these
environmental commitments.
